For our very first THFIF supper club, my good friends and insanely talented chefs, Brett and Karina St Clair will be leading us into the evening with an incredible Eastern European inspired menu, paired perfectly with a selection of modern ciders and a . Just as the perfect cider undergoes fermentation to achieve its full flavour potential, our creative career paths also simmer and evolve, bubbling away beneath the surface through a similar process of exploration and growth. During this event, we will indulge in conversations about our own creative fermentation over time, delving into the nuances of handling a mid-career crisis, ensuring continuous relevance, and fostering creative longevity and growth.
